Cherry Hills Custom
The beauty of working in Cherry Hills Village is being able to work outside the typical city lot sizes, and expand architectural details that are more experiential. Our Clients were moving back to Denver from New Jersey and wanted this new home to focus on their main interests at this stage of their life: cooking, entertaining, gardening, and fitness. Drawing inspiration from their collections and love of color, we sought out to design an ultra-modern home that could consistently balance any variety of art and color used throughout the entire home. The home is anchored by one artisan-finished wall that extends throughout the home. The beautiful charcoal-toned wall divides the home between the owner and guest wings, and also unifies the spaces from lower level to main floor, and interior to exterior. With every square inch of this home being custom, we were grateful to explore many details alongside the architecture and construction teams.
