Utica Rowhomes
Just a few blocks from Sloan Lake in Denver, the Utica Rowhomes are situated between the suburbs and downtown. Rather than creating four identical units, we wanted to create diversity in the palettes to appeal to a wider range of buyers, and allow each unit to have its own identity. We were able to create four distinct homes by getting creative with cabinetry finishes, tile selections, plumbing trims, lighting fixtures, and trim/door colors. As with every project we design, we strive to develop a unique personality for each address regardless of the budget or project type.
